Description of Work:
Laszlo and his team completed a full renovation of our condo, and the results are stunning. He built custom handmade cabinetry for the kitchen, installed new countertops, retiled, painted, and coordinated the installation of all-new appliances and fixtures. The kitchen came out absolutely gorgeous.
Beyond the kitchen, Laszlo replaced baseboards throughout the apartment, removed all popcorn ceilings, replastered, and painted them beautifully. He installed new wood flooring to replace our carpeting, updated all door handles, and retiled both bathrooms floor-to-ceiling with new sinks, fixtures, countertops, and mirrors—including refurbishing a medicine cabinet to look brand new.
He also installed new lighting fixtures throughout, including creating a dropped ceiling in one area for a statement light. The entire apartment was repainted after working closely with me to choose the perfect shades. He even added granite details to the terrace ledge and windowsill, which look fantastic.
